Caring for Our Own Emotional Health

Held by Befrienders, this sharing session taught students some invaluable tips on how to manage our mental and emotional health especially when we go through trying times. Our mental health is just as important as our physical health and if it's not well taken care, we can fall sick, just like how we can catch a flu bug. Students also learnt about suicide issues, its causes, preventions and how to improve their emotional health in order to create a greater sense of well-being.
